This website

The Aimo Labs website is intentionally simple from a technical point of view. The site does not use visitor analytics, advertising, marketing tracking or user profiling.

Aimo Labs does not set analytics or marketing cookies on the site. The site has no contact form and no user accounts.

Technical implementation

The site is delivered through Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and protect network traffic, such as IP addresses and technical metadata related to requests.

Aimo Labs does not use this data for user profiling or marketing.

Contacting us

When you contact Aimo Labs by email, we process the information contained in your message, such as the sender’s name, email address, the content of the message and any correspondence that arises while the matter is being handled.

This information is used to handle your inquiry, to provide customer service and, where necessary, to deal with matters relating to a contract or to steps taken before entering into a contract. The legal basis for processing depends on the nature of the matter and may be the performance of a contract (or steps taken before entering into one) or Aimo Labs’ legitimate interest in handling inquiries and keeping its services working properly.

Email sent to support@aimolabs.fi is routed through the Cloudflare Email Routing service to Aimo Labs’ Proton Mail mailbox. Cloudflare and Proton Mail may process the data as part of the technical delivery of email.

Data retention

Information relating to inquiries is kept only as long as needed to handle the matter, fulfil agreed obligations, deal with possible legal claims or meet statutory record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Your rights as a data subject

Under applicable data protection law, and depending on the processing situation, you have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, to request access to your data, to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the erasure of data, to request restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can send a privacy-related request to support@aimolabs.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Finland, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).

Product-specific statements

Aimo Labs publishes a separate privacy statement for each of its products before the product is released, or before any other stage at which the statement must be available to users.
